04.01.2022 In Do Crew the students made slime based on the colours of the Zones Of Regulation. The reason we did this is to learn the vocabulary of the zones to express how we feel. For example, if your body is in the yellow zone we can use words like excited, nervous, worried or frustrated. When we use our words to express how we feel it helps us to communicate how we are thinking and feeling and this helps our bodies to stay calm. #stjoeswaroona @waroona
