24.01.2022 It is with the heaviest of hearts that we bring you the news that the 2021 St Kilda Festival will not go ahead due to risks and uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. We know this will bring disappointment to those who support the St Kilda Festival year on year and we too feel that sadness. Our thoughts are with those in the arts and events industries who work tirelessly to deliver the events we love, and continue to feel the strain and devastation of cancelled eve...nts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To our partners, event staff, artists, suppliers, stallholders, volunteers, local traders and, of course, our enthusiastic festival-goers, we can’t wait to see you when we return in February 2022. 11.01.2022 Locals to St Kilda Festival's home ground, Bad Bangs are this week's feature band Raw, rigid and quietly unassuming trio Bad Bangs is comprised of drummer Tim Ryles and bassist Ben Leahy and fronted by guitarist and vocalist Shelby De Fazio, incorporating soulful, stripped back vocals into their unique serve of highly charged garage rock. 10.01.2022 From 12pm, Tuesday 22 September the City Of Port Phillip will enter into the Election Period prior to the October 2020 (Local Government) Council election. The Local Government Act 2020 provides direction about what kind of information can be published by Council or using Council resources during the Election Period. These resources include social media, so this page will be less active. However, this page will still be monitored and closely moderated during the Election Peri...od.
