12.01.2022 Helpers Needed - Primary Interschool Athletics On Thursday 6 June, St Luke's is hosting "Jumps Day", the Bundaberg District Primary Schools Sports competition. Over 1000 students, staff and parents from 36 schools around Bundaberg will be on the oval and our canteen will be running hot! On Friday 7 June we're doubling down and hosting Day Two of the Athletics, with relays, sprints and ball games teams, bringing over 2000 people to St Luke's. ... We are looking for volunteers who may be able to spare an hour or two, between 7.30am and 3.30pm, on either Thursday or Friday, to work in our canteen or on the sausage sizzle. If you are able to help, please phone the Primary Office on 4132 7525. If you are unable to attend but would still like to support this event in some way, we are also seeking donations of baked goods (biscuits, slices, muffins, cupcakes, cakes), zooper-dooper icy poles, apples, oranges, bananas and mandarins. These can be brought to either the Primary or Main Office any day this week, and will be greatly appreciated.

12.01.2022 YOU ARE INVITED! We would like to invite our parents and friends to attend our upcoming P&F Committee Meeting on Wednesday, 7 August at 6.30pm in the Boardroom. Natalie Bush from McLellan Bush Architects will be attending the P&F meeting to consult with parents and the school community on our School's future Master Plan, so we would welcome your attendance and feedback. ... The P&F will also be discussing final plans for the BBQ and bar at the Community Fair on 17 August, so please come along if you would like to get involved.

06.01.2022 SOCIAL DISTANCING Dear Parents To increase our response to the social distancing measures being taken by our School, we respectfully request paren...ts to avoid entering the school grounds. Unless you need to assist your child into school, please utilise the School Drop/Collect & Go zones. We also encourage parents to stagger their arrival time in these zones in the afternoon, which are supervised until 3:30pm by staff members each afternoon. Please continue to keep your children at home if they are unwell. If your child is unwell at School, you will be called to collect them from the relevant offices. The Year 7-12 Cross Country scheduled for Friday has been cancelled to ensure our best practice of caring for our School Community's health and wellbeing.
