23.01.2022 REMEMBRANCE SERVICE Sunday 12 November 2017, 8:15am

21.01.2022 Next week we are beginning a course exploring the life of Jesus Christ, what he claimed, on what basis his claims are to be believed (if at all), and whether he is relevant to people's lives today. It runs over 6 Monday nights, and there will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. If you have questions about life, faith, and God, we would love to see you there! Follow the link for more information or to let us know you would like to come!

18.01.2022 Starting tomorrow, we will be opening up our church building from 9-11am every Wednesday, to offer a quiet place for anyone to sit, reflect, think and pray. Everyone is welcome! One of our pastors will be there if you wanted to talk to someone, or you can simply come for a moment of quiet reflection or peaceful prayer.

09.01.2022 "ONE QUESTION FOR GOD" SERMON SERIES. The sermon topics chosen from the questions submitted by community members will be: July 23 How can God allow terrible suffering in the world? July 30 Why did God make the world and where is it heading? August 6 Can a person have faith in God without attending church?... You are very welcome to come along to one or more of our services, and listen to our thoughts on how we think God might answer these questions. (Sunday services times are 8:15am, 9:30am, 5pm.)

08.01.2022 On Sunday, we considered the good news that God has given us a new identity in Christ - we have been united with Jesus, our sins have been washed away, and we have been welcomed into God's family. Pat encouraged us to take some time this week to think about how that new identity ought to shape and reshape every aspect of our lives. Have you found some time to prayerfully read through Colossians 3 this week? Let's all keep growing in putting off the old self, and putting on the new self which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator!

08.01.2022 We were reminded from God's Word on Sunday that the Lord - he is God; he is powerful and full of love for his people. Ultimately, following anything or anyone else just doesn't make any sense. Check it out, or listen again, by clicking the link below. And join us for the next installment of 1 Kings this Sunday at 8.15am, 9.30am, or 5pm! http://www.northbridgeanglican.org.au//20190210pm_1kings18

07.01.2022 Yesterday we started a new series in the book of Daniel. If you would like to listen to some music to help you reflect on the themes that run throughout the book, check out the Spotify playlist below!

06.01.2022 This Sunday at St Mark's we'll be considering the question: ‘How can anyone take Christians seriously given the abuse of children by priests?’

04.01.2022 We were reminded on Sunday that we are united as one body in Christ. Therefore, we should have a great concern for one another, especially for each other's devotion to Jesus. This is something we desire to be a distinguishing characteristic of our church. Perhaps this week you could pray this prayer from our Marks of St Mark's series: Dear Father. We thank you for showing us so clearly our need of holiness. And we praise you for providing it to us through the mercy of your son, and by the grace of your Holy Spirit. Please forgive us for valuing more highly lesser things than this. And please teach us to treasure holiness as you do- wanting it deeply for one another. Please make us a church that values truth and love, always together. For Christ's sake, Amen.

04.01.2022 Join us online for our Easter services! You can find all of our services on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxMOi5crwBhCPwsbDU151rQ

03.01.2022 This Sunday at St Mark's we're considering the question: Why should we listen to the Bible when science is so much more reliable?

03.01.2022 This Sunday at St Mark's we're considering the question: If God loves us like he says he does, and feels our pain so keenly, then why does he let it continue?

02.01.2022 All are welcome. Please join us at one of our services to celebrate Christmas.

01.01.2022 Not sure what to do with your extra time at home? Here are some ideas! Every few weeks we'll suggest some different things you can listen to, read, or do, to build yourself and others up (from a distance!).
