25.01.2022 The annual Handball game between our Grade 6 students and staff was contested today. It was a nail biter of a match in these hot conditions, the students surged back after being 3 goals down at 3/4 time to take the winning honours!

23.01.2022 A reminder that school starts for every student at St Mary’s on Monday 5th October. There will be no staggered finishing times. All children will finish at 3.15pm. Please ensure that the children arrive on day 1 with all the resources they took home for remote learning. Please check that you bring everything e.g devices with chargers. At this stage parents are not permitted on the school grounds unless necessary. A phone call is required if this is the case.... We look forward to Term 4 with our students back!

18.01.2022 With an easing of restrictions we are delighted that our school photo day can go ahead next Monday 26th October. All information regarding how to order photos and family photos will be in the school newsletter tomorrow.

08.01.2022 Footy Colours Dress Up Day doesn't come much cuter than this!! Not sure how friendly they will be on Saturday night............. Enjoy the long weekend and we will see all our students smiling faces on Monday for school photos.

07.01.2022 Today we celebrated Book Week - Curious Creatures, Wild Minds- with a dress-up day. St Mary's was a buzz of excited and happy children this morning, it was awesome! And the costumes........thank you to all the parents/caregivers who made the effort to make this a memorable day. Here is a look at how amazing they all were. Some photos in comments. 06.01.2022 There were so many happy faces at the Grade 2 Kidz Kingdom excursion this morning. A fun way to celebrate the end of the year with all their classmates!

06.01.2022 Our Student Representative Council have been busy with the Christmas Spirit - they raised money to help families in the Colac area have a happy Christmas by donating toys to Vinnies for them to distribute. The SRC members took a trip to Toy World in Colac to spend the $813.15 the families of St Mary’s kindly donated. Toys were bought for 5 to 13-year-old boys and girls. (The SRC really want to thank Toy World because they were very helpful and friendly). Each year level made... suggestions of what to buy and the SRC were able to get what they suggested. Mr. Paul Kennedy from Vinnies came to the school to speak with the SRC and collect the toys. The SRC would like you to remember to think about others this Christmas. These hard working council members shared a well deserved lunch together at the end of it! Austin, Leah, Louis, Lachlan, Molly, Ted and Olivia

05.01.2022 Thank you to Colac Hire for the beautiful Christmas tree delivered today. It is going up in our Prep room and they are SUPER excited about it. It's feeling a lot like Christmas!
