14.01.2022 We join with all Australians today in mourning the senseless, and violent act which took Mara Lee Harvey, her mother Beverley and her three beautiful children, ...Charlotte, Alice and Beatrix from this world. No words can describe this tragedy and the circumstances surrounding it. We know that they will be at peace now in the arms of God and we pray for them. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mara's family and also with all police and emergency workers who responded to the horrific scene. And above all, we pray for an end to violence of any form, particularly family violence which is destroying too many lives...too many young lives. "This world is a sadder place with the loss of these five beautiful people but Heaven has gained five new angels" (words from Mara's sister, Taryn). Today, we remember them...

Come and join us in the Domain bright and early Saturday morning to wave off the impressive NSW contingency of ride...rs taking part in this year's Wall to Wall, Ride for Remembrance. The Ride is open to serving and retired police and all other friends, family and proud supporters of policing, and funds raised from the event support Police Legacies nationally. Ceremony starts at 7.55am, (bring coffee) and the bikes start their engines at 8.20am where they'll make their way down to the National Police Wall of Remembrance in Canberra.
