We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and professional chef or cook (semi-retired) to join the St. Maur kitchen, in Exeter, Southern Highlands. The applicant is required to work a minimum of one weekend per month, Saturday & Sunday and occasional private member functions. We operate a wine club hosting monthly lunches for our members along with a private functions. Our lunches run between 20 guest (sit-down lunches) or 35 guest... (stand-up functions). A successful applicant will have: Previous experience in a similar role and be able to work as a part of a small team. Has a good understanding of the local and fresh seasonal products of Southern Highlands/New South Wales. Has an inclination to produce creative dishes with flavour and finesse. The applicant should be motivated, hands-on, a positive and serious attitude is a must. This is a great opportunity to work in an amazing location with some of the finest produce on offer.
