18.01.2022 This year one of the ways we celebrated NAIDOC Week was with a very special 'Deadly Moves' interactive event. All CEDP schools were invited to join a Livestream of Darren & Jacs Compton as seen on NITV (National Indigenous Television) 'Move it Mob Style' teaching some 'Deadly' moves for all ages. See how Kindergarten joined in from their learning space.

05.01.2022 Kindergarten students had an exciting delivery to their learning space on Monday. They have the opportunity over the coming weeks to watch baby chickens hatching from their eggs. This is part of their Science unit "Staying Alive". The eggs will be hatching in a special incubator in their learning space. I'm sure there will be many stories written about these fluffy friends.

04.01.2022 In Writing, Kindergarten students know what good writers do. They use the word wall to find words they need to spell, use the teacher's modelled writing to help them with words and ideas, read over their writing to check that it makes sense and they check posters around the room to find the strategies they should be using.

03.01.2022 Stage 1 have been investigating how the past influences our community. All students brought in an object from home and gave evidence about why it was from the past.

01.01.2022 Fun times during our lunch break. Our new playground equipment gets a good workout and ice blocks!
