20.01.2022 Recent works in Kiama Downs we just completed! The works involved the preparation of the cavity slider and kitchen window to allow the home owners brand new kitchen joinery and tiling to be installed later on in the month. We removed the existing cavity slider, and installed a new cavity slider in a new location. We also modified the kitchen window. The sill height was raised which will allow the splash back tiles to continue around. The sill is dressed spotted gum and it came up a treat.

16.01.2022 Checkout some of the before and after photos of the last renovation we carried out! The original kitchen and living area was separated by a dividing wall, which was removed to create an open plan area. An entire internal makeover to the home which incorporated brand new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, flooring, appliances, lighting, paint, door hardware and window furnishings. Including a 52sqm outdoor living area.

10.01.2022 I’ve been invited to assist with local builders Killmore and Sons for a number of their projects across the region providing carpentry works. Whilst still providing building services to our own clients. Here are a couple of snaps from one of K&S’s sites today in Kiama. Works involve turning an existing garage to include a 2nd storey living space above.
