25.01.2022 **TAKING ORDERS for our next delivery on 17th October!!!** For those who may not have tried Stockhaven Beef before and are thinking about ordering, this gives an idea of what cuts of beef you receive in our great value ‘1/8 pack’: T Bone - 2.1kg... Rib Roast - 1.8kg Rump Steak - 1.2kg Topside Roast - 1.4kg Blade Roast - 1kg Osso Bucco - 1.5kg Ribs - 1.3kg Round Steak - 1.0kg Rib Fillet - .70kg Diced Steak - 1.0kg Gravy Beef - .50kg Brisket - .65kg Corned Silverside - 2kg Y bone - .65kg Eye fillet - .20kg Sausages - 4.5kg Mince - 2.6kg The particular pack in this video came to $480 (and was 24kg of beef). It is one of our ‘1/8 packs’, which are $20 per kg. (So 24kg x $20 = $480 for this particular pack). Unbelievable value and amazing quality of beef! Note- the price of the pack that you receive may vary slightly from the one in the video because the animals are of course always going to be slightly different weights! You will get approx 18-24kg of beef in our ‘1/8 pack’, depending on the size of the beast. *WE ALSO HAVE OTHER SIZE PACKS AVAILABLE, CHECK THEM OUT ON OUR PAGE!!* Once an order is placed I get in touch with each customer prior to the delivery date to confirm the exact weight and price of their order. It comes delivered to your door by the farmer (me ), cryovaced and portioned for your convenience. A bit to go by myself now but can’t complain too much when I’ve got a view like this while painting! We’ve been a bit quiet over the last few months doing some more reno’s on the old Stockhaven farmhouse, so we wanted to jump on and wish all of our amazing customers a very happy 2021! 08.01.2022 MEET OUR BUTCHER NEW ORDERS OPEN At Stockhaven, we truly are a family business Meet my brother-in-law, Tony! He’s the (very experienced and skilled) butcher that processes all of our beef. The skill and effort he puts into trimming, slicing and packaging orders is second to none! All our customers have to do is stack the labeled, cryovaced bags of delicious beef into their fridge and freezer.. there is absolutely nothing else to do except cook it!! We’ve had some a...mazing feedback from our delivery last week.. means the world to us here at the farm Our next round of deliveries will be on 2nd of May, get in touch to get your order in quick!!
