19.01.2022 Stockland welcomes today's announcement from the Western Australian Government to extend the construction commencement period for the Building Bonus Scheme! The Building Bonus grants are available to eligible homebuyers who sign a contract by December 31, 2020 to build a new house or purchase a new property in a single-tier development (such as a townhouse) prior to completion of construction. Today, it was announced that those building a home will now have one year to commence site construction, an extension from the original six month period!

11.01.2022 VIRIDIAN BOULEVARD CLOSURE A portion of Viridian Blvd will be closed from Thursday 27 August until Thursday 12 November to allow for subdivision construction works. A diversion to the beach will be in place via Heath Avenue and then along Celeste Street. Those driving back from the beach will be able to use the usual route via Mulberry Way and Indigo Street.
