15.01.2022 As promised a recipe for:- *********Pork Belly************ Cut Pork Belly into 1cm strips... Oil a baking tray In a separate bowl place: 1kg of pork belly strips 150ml Plum Sauce 50ml Sweet Chilli Sauce 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 1/4 glass white wine salt & pepper 4 tablespoons olive oil Lay the pork belly strips on the baking tray and brush sauce over the strips Cook for 30-45 minutes in a 180 degree oven and turn strips as they are cooking. Enjoy your meal.
