13.01.2022 Like the last thing we need, unfortunately until such time that we can organise urgent equipment repairs, we reluctantly cannot trade due to a faulty pizza oven. We apologise for this as we are disappointed for not only our customers but also our staff who are trying their hardest under duress like the rest of the community. At this stage we are hoping our talented repairman can weave some magic and can get us up and running again, hopefully sometime soon. ... Needless to say we are disappointed and frustrated as business is difficult enough as it is without additional problems to deal with and not knowing what our options are regarding being able to operate again. Thank you to all our customers for your continuing support, rest assured we will be back as soon as possible. Wish us luck

13.01.2022 Our apologies to our customers about our phone system downtime and other related issues over the past couple of days. In the wisdom of transferring over to broadband still can't see the value or benefit when you lose internet via Telstra, you also lose the phone line, progress is wonderful isn't it!

04.01.2022 Thankyou! Thankyou for being patient, thankyou for all of your support and most of all being apart of our awesome town! We love Yandina! We had our busiest night yet last night, it was crazy, we sold out of our homemade bases by 6:30pm sooo many emotions, happy, excited, (sad for not being able to provide everyone with pizza last night ) we are trying to be/do better each week, each week tops the last! We are so appreciative of all of your support and understanding (espec...ially when wait time is longer than quoted) waiting sucks!! I'm an inpatient human so I get it!! Also, sorry if you couldn't get through, it can be extremely frustrating when you just want to order dinner and you keep getting 'line busy' we have online ordering that we are working hard on improving as well. Unfortunately with making things fresh its impossible to predict higher than normal demand. We do our best to not over sell, however.. sometimes.. it happens working on it, I promise! We are always working on doing better, providing the best of the best! We love feedback too, good/ bad we need it all to be better! 02.01.2022 To our valuable customers... at this stage it is still business as usual for us, we are open for takeaway and deliveries as we have always been. Should any customer have a preference not to enter our shop we understand and can endeavour to deliver directly to your vehicle directly outside our shop providing payment has been arranged prior to pick up, as mentioned we still deliver up to 10 km's door to door. Our menu and opening hours are currently also unchanged, our staff... are aware of all necessary safe work practices to protect themselves and our loyal customers. Safe Practices We would also like to advise our customers that we are practicing best practice levels of hygiene during the current COVID-19 health crisis. In addition to our regular high cleanliness regime, we have and will continue to implement necessary precautions to protect our valued customers and staff. You will observe our staff members doing periodical sanitation of the shop area, frequent changing of gloves, sanitising of any fridge handles and front counters, in addition providing hand sanitiser at the serving counter. We look forward to your continuing support in this trying time, we are proud Yandina locals and understandably feel for the entire community.
