25.01.2022 The latest COVID-19 update from parkrun Australia has been posted. NSW information. (We could be getting very close).

24.01.2022 Crisis averted. We now have enough volunteers for this week. Please keep us in mind for future weeks. Urgent call for Volunteers. At this point, it is debatable if Stockton parkrun will go ahead this weekend.... No, it's not COVID but a lack of volunteers. We still need a Boat Ramp marshall and finish tokens. Without these mandatory positions being filled, we are not allowed to proceed. Please check your (or some friends) availability and let us know - remember, everyone is qualified to vollie. We are getting over 200 attendees each week since returning from COVID and only need 9 people to feel extra important by wearing the orange vests. A final call will be made Friday around 6PM.

In New South Wales, the COVID-19 Policy Team, Public Health Response Branch NSW Ministry of Health have reviewed our application and put this forward to the Minister. We are currently awaiting an outcome and will provide a further update as soon as we are in a position to do so. . Hopefully we are getting closer.
