25.01.2022 Please be advised that the Stockyard is closed for a PRIVATE FUNCTION (wedding) this Saturday (01/02/20). As with all our weddings, the Hotel will be closed to the general public for the entire day! No kitchen, bar or take away service will be provided

24.01.2022 WHAT BETTER W/ END FOR THE RAWSON STOCKYARD TO KICK OFF..... AGAIN than this upcoming AFL/ NRL GF w/ end!! Our kitchen will be open to service sit down & take- away options alike this w/ end as follows; FRIDAY (23/10): ... 5:30- 8 pm. (tea only) SAT (24/10): 12- 2 pm & 5:30- 8 pm SUN (25/10) 12- 2 pm (lunch only) Pls be aware that current Covid conditions heavily retard our ability to accept forward table reservations atm. Accepting this, we advise that sit down table service will be available to walk ups on a first arrival basis only (sadly, no prior table reservations accepted), utilising our main dining, heated marquee & outdoor table areas. A take- away service is also available by ordering onsite, in person during sittings. Alternatively, u can avoid service delays by placing yr take- away order early via mobile call/ text on 0499 920 011 at anytime between 9 am- 8 pm. We will walk you through our take- away order process upon contact .

23.01.2022 ‘Tis the season to be married... tra la- la- la- la.... la-la-la -la. Actually, it doesn’t even go like that but the point is we have back to back weddings this fortnight so advise that the Stockyard is closed for a PRIVATE FUNCTION again this Saturday (08/02/20). As with all our weddings, the Hotel will be closed to the general public for the entire day! ... It is our standard commitment on these days that no kitchen, bar or take away service is available to the general public

22.01.2022 LEST WE FORGET We just want to thank all that have supported their local businesses during these crazy albeit, very interesting times . In particular for us, those that live in the close local communities of Rawson, Erica, Moondarra & Walhalla who backed local businesses with their $$$. We also extend this gratitude to those travelling from LV & its’ surrounds to support Mountain Rivers businesses such as ours!! It is precisely this support during these rough times that ...help position local businesses that employ local community members for confident re- opening when the current difficulties of trading subside. Pls continue to support your small town faves where u can. Ever mindful that it is these that provide critical sponsorship $$$ year in, year out when your favourite community cause leans on them! NO DOWN TIME Whilst we ride out this latest COVID wave, we are continuing to develop new & exciting products for release in post pandemic days. This piece of specialty laboratory equipment is required to determine water content in various products such as meat (our specific purpose). If you have (or know a contact who has) a quality model/ manufacturer of said equipment that is in excellent working order & not being used to its full potential we would be very interested in speaking with you or yr contact asap... PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS POST IF YOU CANNOT GENUINLY ASSIST WITH OUR SEARCH FOR THIS SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT

12.01.2022 UPDATED INFO: Firstly, we just want to thank everyone for their patience & support as we adjust to significant changes to our normal operations due to the current restrictive conditions!! Some small changes have been made to the conditions now Queens b/ day w/ end is behind us!!

11.01.2022 IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR METRO MELBOURNE PERMIT HOLDERS: Please share how you see fit Sadly, our local hospitality traders are NOT permitted by law (as much as we wish we were) to allow Metro Melbourne residents in for sit down meals (TRAVEL PERMIT OR NOT!!) atm. Penalties are currently set at $9,913 per offence!!! ... In response, most have developed take- away menu options to assist so you can access meals at your favourite venue (whether it be in Erica, Rawson or Walhalla) whilst you are in the local area. We understand how this frustrates some (it certainly does us at the Stockyard ) so we just ask that you please take it up with those responsible for the creation & implementation of these laws & not with hospitality operators or their staff. Hospitality operators are having to navigate a minefield atm in order to simply open their businesses responsibly, safely & legally to the public again. Demanding customers that do not understand their own travel permit conditions only add to the difficulties of rebuilding damaged livelihoods

Indoor dining limited to 10 ppl. ... Heated marquee area with current capacity of 40 ppl. Outside tables available. Take- away orders processed every sitting also (see photo for menu)! Our kitchen will be open: Sat/ Sun Lunch (12- 2pm). Sat tea (5:30- 8 pm) Sun tea to be confirmed at later date
