25.01.2022 Barista Tips: one of the most common things we see when training new customers is baristas bending in their wrists (not great if you want to be able to do this long term) keep your wrist straight and use the weight from your shoulder to push down... oh and ALWAYS SPOUTS OFF the bench. keep your group handles clean, reduce grind ending up in your cup.
