22.01.2022 Macaroni Po-Flotski. Click like if you know it and love it! Ingredients: 500 gr elbows pasta... 2 cups cooked pork, Pulled Pork 1- 2 onions, chopped 1 Tablespoon butter 1/3 1/2 cup broth or reserved cooking liquid 1 1/2 Tablespoon all purpose flour 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, minced Instructions: 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook 1 pound of elbows pasta according to the package instructions or however you like them. 2. Place 1 cup of cooked pulled pork in a food processor. 3. Pulse until the meat is nicely ground. You dont want it to be a puree, but it should definitely be on the smaller size. You can also use a meat grinder instead of the food processor. 4. In a skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced onion, season with salt and cook on medium heat until the onions are tender and slightly golden in color. The caramelized onions will give a lot of really great flavor to the dish. Add the flour, mixing to incorporate into the onions. 5. Adding flour is optional, but I really like that it gives this dish a subtle, velvety sauce. The sauce is barely noticeable, but it helps to coat the pasta with extra flavor and smoothness. 6. Adding flour is optional, but I really like that it gives this dish a subtle, velvety sauce. The sauce is barely noticeable, but it helps to coat the pasta with extra flavor and smoothness. 7. Add the meat to the skillet. ncrease the heat to medium high heat and continue cooking until the meat is heated through. You can cook it slightly longer, so that the edges of the meat get golden around the edges. The meat should still be tender for the most part, with nicely browned bits here and there. This also improves the overall taste of the dish. Add the broth and cook for another 3-5 minutes, scraping the bottom of the skillet to get all the brown bits from the bottom. Mix until the broth thickens. Use more or less broth, depending on how saucy you want it to be. 8. Add meat to the pasta! !

01.01.2022 #Kulebyaka or Coulibiac is an authentic Russian hot pie, which has an oblong shape and features several fillings. The word became from old Russian verb 'kulebyachit', that means to make with hands, to shape, to bend and to knead. For the dough: Milk 1 cup... Butter 60 grams Sugar 2 tbsp. Bakers yeast 1 tsp. Salt tsp Egg 1 Flour 2 cups For the filling: Cabbage 500 grams Eggs 2 Butter 30 grams Sugar 1 tbsp Salt 1 pinch Cooking: 1. Put the sugar and bakers yeast in warm milk and leave for 10-15 minutes until the yeast rises. 2. Sieve the flour into a deep bowl to oxygenate it. Mix the flour with salt and butter. The butter should be at room temperature: it will be easier to mix. Add an egg and knead the dough. It should be elastic. You can use whole grain wheat flour and brown sugar. 3. Place the bowl with dough into another bowl with warm water. The dough with yeast should be left to rise for a least an hour, which gives you time to prepare the filling. 4. Thinly slice the cabbage, place in water using the deep pan and bring to boil. Drain, add butter, sugar, salt and one raw egg. Cook for five minutes and turn off the stove. Add one chopped, boiled egg. 5. Its time to assemble the pie! First, you need to separate your dough into two parts: the bottom and the crust (if you have small baking dishes, you can prepare two cakes). Roll out the dough: it should be not very thick, about 4-5 millimeters. Oil the dish and add the filling on top of the first piece of dough and then cover it with the second piece. Warm the oven to 200 C (392 F) and bake for 30 minutes. Brush the crust with beaten egg five minutes before removing to give it an attractive sheen. Serve warm!
