23.01.2022 Merry Christmas & a Happy new year everyone - we just wanted to quickly share our sincerest thanks for all the likes, shares & purchases over the past 12 months since we started Stone, Wood & Type. 18.01.2022 Welcome to 2020, we recently bought a new twin industrial belt sander to help make the resin pendants easier to produce. Can’t wait to show you what’s set for sale release in the upcoming weeks. ( quite a few sold pre-order ) Here’s a sneak peak of Sonya hard at work shaping a resin / aged hard wood we recently found on at Mt.Coolum on the back of bush walk.

If you would like to purchase a pendant, please comment, or send a message, noting the item number shown at the bottom of the picture. As these are all unique pieces, first to message or comment will secure the pendant, as they can’t be replicated! (Custom orders can be taken for a ‘similar’ design, or to request different colours or shapes). Pick up from Bahrs Scrub Qld 4207, or pendants can be posted if required (postage additional). 14.01.2022 This pendant is made from beach driftwood found along the crystal blue waters of the Noosa River.. a place of many family holidays ..and lovely times spent with my beautiful Mum. It is also the place where my family came together, to spread our mother’s ashes into the river she loved so very much. I have created a number of these pendants to give to each of my siblings, so that we each have a little piece of Mum’s favorite place close to our hearts. Do you have a special be...ach that you love.. or a memory of a loved one from a particular place? ... have a resin pendant made with driftwood, a shell, or a any keepsake, to keep a memory close. 13.01.2022 We’ve done a few extra round platters that haven’t sold yet, just in case your after a unique gift for Christmas. But be quick.....they probably go quickly. This year’s price $35 +postage if required - next year’s will see a small price increase.
11.01.2022 Well what a day, hard to believe we’ve just completed our first market today at the 5th annual Artisan Fayre at Mount Tambourine located on the Gold Coast hinterland. One thing we’ve both learnt is that there’s an incredible amount of work & preparation that needs to be done before you can even think about pulling up into the car park bright & early on a Sunday morning ready to set up. All in all it was an amazing day shared with new friends, family & of course close friends... that made a special trip up to lend moral support or those that took the time to even message us both good luck. We felt Jane Mac’s presence in many ways over the past few days, she always knew we would get there one day. We will both sleep well tonight. Kind Regards Lee & Sonya x
05.01.2022 All resin pendants are hand sanded & polished, lots love & care go into producing the end product. The attached photo is the 80 grit sandpaper followed by hand polishing. Approximately 3-4 hours goes into producing the end product !.

01.01.2022 We’re finally coming out of the winter Covid hibernation & thought we would share the newest of resin projects that are about to hit the resin moulds. With Xmas slowly approaching there will be some new resin polished timber pendants using lovely sourced tree burls from Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast. We also plan on having a potential giveaway & no it’s not one of the kids....it will be one of Sonya’s exquisitely hand shaped & resin poured necklaces. Like & share as the project updates on FB & Instagram are released to be in the running for one lucky person.
