21.01.2022 Client in Montville needed these beautiful Encaustic Concrete tiles pre-sealed prior to install. This will assist the tiler with grout release when he grouts the finished product. Will be heading back to Montville to do the final coat in a week or so. #drytreat

07.01.2022 Nice one Jimmi degrease those tiles, looks like these ceramics have quite a lot of texture. When they were laid back in the 70’s or 80’s the tiler didn’t wipe up too great and left grout smear. The grout smear then captures a lot of body grease, spilt wine and maybe a knocked over Corona or 2 . This whole issue builds over the years and creates living conditions like these allowing mould and bacteria to thrive! The 2nd Stage is a full acid wash to remove the grout smear... cleaning the tiles back to factory finish. Feeling a little dirty? Cleanmark Stone and Tile Care 0402447746
