25.01.2022 Working a physically & mentally demanding full time job, Adnan comes in on weekend mornings to make that body & mind stronger. Can’t isn’t in his vocabulary- what we can do is. Our main goal when starting was getting him moving to strengthen that body & help make that lower back stronger to handle his work - now we have the technique & basics growing with confidence we now push for bigger results It’s motivating not just as a Trainer but person when you watch someone push through & break down barriers in the gym. Pushing through to new levels & wanting more. I love & live for it Dedicate to your health, strength & future. Proud is an understatement of my team training in these winter months
20.01.2022 We practice a calm approach. Visualising what we need to do before we do it. Focusing energy in, controlling our breathing. We fire up when we grab that bar. We then give it everything. ... Damn proud of my unicorns & their approach to lifting, mindset & mindfulness with training, life & all they do. - @strongnuggs pulled a 200kg goal lift, we’re now going to turn that into an opener next meet, if not more. We truly only have good days
20.01.2022 We are always moving forwards. Even on the days we don’t think we are, we still keep momentum. To get anywhere in life, we have to make extra steps, so enjoy the process, enjoy being where you are in the moment. Eyes forward, chest up - you got this We only have good days

16.01.2022 When one of your Unicorns has smashed 4 sessions this week, so you get down with them to help get that last set of work done - I’m in this with my Unicorns, we work together to grow together. That final push I’m there with you no matter what. Together we learn to nurture our health, bodies and lives & we get to do it in the strongest ways possible. We seriously only have good days
14.01.2022 Mixed fresh herbs always go in all meal prep meals for flavour, but also because my Nonna always used fresh herbs so I like to keep them around in honour of how incredible her cooking was - Eating regular prepped meals doesn’t have to be boring, if anything this is a chance for you to explore new ways of making meals appetising & finding alternative cooking methods. 12.01.2022 This magical woman said moments before she benched all she wanted to do was Bench 50kg next weekend in comp. Good thing she can’t count plates because we made that happen today - If you want to be strong, do epic things in life, push new levels to achieve more - you can. Nothing is ever impossible. There is so much in life to do & achieve. 01.01.2022 I do this to show others that no matter how hard it is, how many mistakes you make, how heavy life gets or how many times you think you failed - it was always worth it. At no point did you ever fail, it was all a lesson. It was always worth it. It’s what we do daily that defines us, so do good daily - I want you to believe in yourself, to invest in yourself. Have people beside you who are there for you for just you. Take the time to cook all meals, track food, prioritise sl...eep, energy levels & no matter what the world throws at you, grab that weight & move your body. Prove to YOURSELF you can - I’m here to tell you, you can do this. Whatever you want to achieve in life, however big or small the goal - make a plan & work for it. Trust me, it will be okay. We only have good days - 10kg difference in 6 months.
