16.01.2022 Daphne has been teaching Hatha, the traditional style of Yoga for over fourty years. She trained under Swami Sarisvati in the early seventies and the style has , and will always stay the same. I (Geoff) have been practicing Yoga for over twenty five years and have just completed my training at an Ashram in India. Together we are now conducting classes around Springwood, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you feel as though you are not quite in the shape that you would like to be, or your body could do with a little touch up, get in touch so as we can help you get both your mind and body in harmony again. Yoga is for everyone, flexible or not, it makes no difference, don’t be embarrassed or shy, come along and join our friendly classes.
