21.01.2022 Roelands Mission was a terrible place. In the last half of the 20th century, forcibly removed Aboriginal were taken from their families and brought up here by the Catholic church. But in the early 2000s, when the Catholic church decided to sell the place, a group of residents saw an opportunity to turn a dark past into a brighter future.
