10.05.2022 Simple wedding cake Chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and white chocolate ganache filling.

27.04.2022 Had an emergency wedding cake on the weekend, that I was asked to do Thursday for Saturday as the previous cake maker had to go into surgery. Of course I said yes, either because I am crazy lol or I just like to challenge myself, either way I managed to finish it at 5am Saturday morning with drop off being at 9.30am. I think it went well considering I basically had 1 day's notice, had no communication with the bride or groom, only a picture reference and a tax invoice from the previous cake decorator. It is a white chocolate mud, with whipped white chocolate ganache filling, white fondant and wafer paper wedges and half spheres.

08.01.2022 This was a vanilla rainbow layered unicorn cake for my God daughters 6th birthday. (Let me just say, if anything could have gone wrong ... for some reason it went wrong with this cake. Even though I've done plenty of these types of cakes before... i don't know this one just didn't want to behave, so excuse the the elephant skin on the fondant) There are white chocolate stars, vanilla coloured buttcream and an assortment of sprinkles. She loved it and that's all that matters!
