24.01.2022 So as you all are aware by now, my little family was blessed with a new member, our baby boy Hendrix Leigh McElhone. I am currently 5 and a half weeks postpartum and am about to embark on the long, L O N G journey to finding my new normal when it comes to exercise, food, work and my healthy, active lifestyle. I have always been really transparent on my business page because I know ultimately THAT is the content you guys like to see: the real shit. I intend to continue that ...way moving forward, incorporating my new little sidekick in everything I do. HOWEVER, my niche as a coach here at Storm Athletica certainly doesn’t lie within the realms of pregnancy or postpartum training, which is why I ask - is this content you’d like to see here at Storm? I’ve taken some time to write down what this might look like so that you know what you’re in for. In our Instagram stories over the next 4-5 days you’ll see polls to show me: * what you’d like to see most of; * how you’d prefer it to be delivered; and * how much of it you’d like to see We will continue to specialise in athlete development and training, but with a fresh zing, showing you how I navigate uncharted territory.
