Here are 5 Signs That It's Time For A New Roof It's older than Noah! ... All joking aside, if your current roof is older than 20 years, you're probably due a new one. And it's generally more economic to make the change BEFORE major problems start occurring. It contains asbestos. Absolutely it's time for a new roof, as asbestos will start to break down and cause health issues! The good news is that we are asbestos removal experts. We also have all the required QBCC (Queensland Building & Construction Commission) licenses to safely remove asbestos. Roofing material is curling, buckling or starting to break away. You may find pieces in the gutter or on the ground. If your roof is at this stage, it's likely internal damage is also starting to occur, as rainwater can now easily seep in.
