We're looking for a special person to join our team here in Port Macquarie! You will work collaboratively with our marketing and leadership team. Accuracy, attention to detail, integrity, accountability and trust are essential qualities. eCommerce Coordinator duties include: -Website Management for all Wilson Retail websites -Online Content Management - build, maintain & manage the product life cycle and relevant content across multiple websites. -Online Sales Management - supervision of online store ordering process. From placement of order, to allocation of product from stores through to delivery to end customer. -Marketing & Promotions - Coordinate marketing and promotions that include the online store, social media and online advertising. -Reporting - provide web analytics for online activity. -Loyalty Program - management & maintenance of loyalty program -Team Player - develop and nurture a strong relationship the Wilson Retail management team, as well as supply partners and technology vendors. The position is full time and based in Port Macquarie. If you're an above-the-line thinker with a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

02.01.2022 A message from Anthony Wilson: As the sun sets on 2020, and what was a year like no other, I wanted to take a moment for a couple of quick thank you’s. To you, our friends and customers. Thank you. We’re a family business and we truly appreciate your support and understanding as we rode the 2020 roller coaster. To our brand partners. Thank you. From the support when the world was turning upside down, to trading terms, to finding stock for us that didn’t exist. ... And most importantly, to our team. Much love, thanks and gratitude: To our Warehouse who have been scrambling to get through late deliveries caused by shipping delays. Our Head Office team who have adapted to the ever changing world and pulled together the opening of our amazing new Stormriders store and launched our Junior Team program. And to our frontline, our team in our stores, who have been serving our customers as best they can in an ever changing environment and in the face of the unknown - not to mention a global shortage of stock. On a personal note. As difficult as 2020 has been, there is a lot to be grateful for. Family, friends, our community. We truly live in the lucky country. As a business we definitely don’t get it right all the time, there’s so many things we want and need to work on at any given moment. Having said that, we are more focused than ever on being better corporate citizens and for our business being a vehicle for good - stay tuned!
