25.01.2022 Swipeware Technologies Brand architecture enables us to segment our messaging and services so that each of our target audiences hears what they want to hear and gets precisely what theyre looking for. Swipeware and its sub-brands are structured in a logical, intuitive way, making marketing efforts exponentially more efficient. It also allows for cross-promotion between sub-brands, making marketing more effective.... The naming of the organisation SWIPEWARE is derived from the nature of the business it is associated with, information technology firm developing applications. The concept is therefore worked out based on the gestures used for operating the apps, especially swiping on the screen. This helps the brand to register in the audience much easily as the visual approach is justifying the name as well as the nature of the business. The association becomes much easy to register and thus creating lasting presence in the market.

20.01.2022 Consumer International World Congress Branding Background Consumers today are faced with a unique set of challenges: Climate change and the economic crisis have raised fundamental questions about how and why we consume, whilst the rise of massive domestic markets in some of the worlds transitional economies will also fundamentally affect global production and consumption. Meanwhile, access to basic consumer services such as healthcare, electricity, water and sanitation conti...nue to evade billions of people. Yet at the same time consumers and consumer groups are finding ingenious new ways of exercising their rights. From micro-credit schemes in Africa and responsible online purchasing initiatives in California, to global CSR standards at ISO and sustainable consumption negotiations at the UN; the consumer movement is facing up to these challenges. CI World Congress is about mapping the challenges that face consumers in the 21 st century and exploring the ways in which consumer organisations can make a positive difference. It is about demonstrating how an empowered consumer can be a responsible citizen. And it is about showing why fostering the rights and responsibilities of young consumers must be a central aim of the global consumer movement if it is to realise its potential in these challenging times. Concept The focus on tomorrows consumers will set a forward-looking agenda very much at the heart of the programme, with plenary sessions and workshops on the importance of engaging with tomorrows consumers as responsible citizens. The target audience will be consumer organisations, governments, funding bodies, civil society and business leaders. This is not directed at consumers themselves. Key terms considered for branding design are: Consumer rights, citizenship, China, Hong Kong, sustainability, responsibility, youth, future, international and empowerment. The design reflects simplicity that can be easily grasped by a large variety of cultural backgrounds. Colour ideas are drawn from CIs existing branding. It is modern and forward-looking, yet reflect maturity and global reach.

18.01.2022 Individual Development Program (IDP) Planner, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Doha Human Capital Division of Commercial Bank of Qatar, wanted to come up with a solution of a planner which engages the staff and push them to schedule their Learning and Development Program in advance and implement in time. Previously they used to do this through Excel and distribute it across the staff, and asked us to design something more engaging which makes the staff act on to it, as staff usually... never planned in advance and even if some of them did, did not implemented in time. They suggested to design a PDF planner, which they can distribute it digitally across the staff, staff prints it out and pin it across their personal pin boards and follow the schedule. We thought, this PDF idea will not work out, and suggested something interactive and engaging enough for the staff to plan their individual development program (IDP). And at the same time, physical on their desk in front of their eyes which they prefer to look at and keep in on the desk. We worked out the playful solution using the Kirigami approach and created a planner which pops out when opened up and displayed. The typography and graphic design within the popups were designed with a story, where the IDP schedule became more engaging and interactive, with a message to plan their IDP at the earliest, and not leave it for later dates. 17.01.2022 Horleys wanted to rebrand and redesign their existing Elite range of product series. We decided to play around the brand's typography and the background, which reflects the positioning of the Horleys - Intelligent Sports Nutrition, rather than reflecting imagery of body builders, which usually the competitors did. The background illustration was specifically designed to reflect the intelligent system within the body, and colour coded to distinguish the different products with...in the same Elite range on the shelves. 17.01.2022 The Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) is the nationwide professional association for those involved in public administration. It has divisions in all states and territories and a national support office. IPAAs most immediate branding problem was that it looks dated, and lacks good brand architecture: a clearly defined configuration of services or products and visual consistency. What IPAA needs is a fresh way of structuring their brand to bring their full ...range of services into focus. By adopting a distinct and logical brand architecture, IPAA will better able to cross-promote their services, and more importantly, regain control over the way their customers perceive the brand. Brand architecture is an integrated system of names, symbols, colours, and visual vocabulary that caters directly to customers thought process. IPAAs brand architecture enables us to segment our messaging and services so that each of our target audiences hears what they want to hear and gets precisely what theyre looking for. IPAA and its sub-brands are structured in a logical, intuitive way, making marketing efforts exponentially more efficient. It also allows for cross-promotion between sub-brands, making marketing more effective. By establishing an intuitive brand architecture for IPAA, we set the stage to easily add products or services as IPAA grows in future. IPAA brand becomes a modular entity primed for the addition of new sub-brands. IPAAs brand architecture gives parent brand the power of diversification by highlighting the unique strengths of its distinct sub-brands. With divisions or sub-brands clearly delineated in IPAAs brand architecture, customers will be able understand their unique value propositions. 10.01.2022 Al Mawarid has moved to a strategic approach with a minimal look, taking on a new symbol based on the Golden Ratio, also known as the Fibonacci sequence. In order to embody Mawarids core business of manpower recruitment and its desire to position itself as a professional organisation that would set it apart from its competition, a strong, simple, and clean visual message has been designed. The visual strategy incorporates the organisations core business in an appealing desi...gn for clients looking to hire, as well as people looking to be hired through a professional agency, locally and internationally. Mawarid has 14 branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with alliances across the globe. It is important to convey that the organisation has strong roots within the country as well as its international ties which allow it to source the right talent as and when required. The brand therefore has been positioned as "Local Source - Global Reach. The strategy has been formed around the attributes of having the right people with the right attitude and skills at the right time, which amounts to perfection. The value of perfection is represented through the use of the Golden Ratio, which is the foundation of the entire rebranding exercise. The colour palette has been brightened up, with the icon appearing in an energetic yellow to reflect vibrancy, efficiency and zeal. The shades and tones of grey reflect trust, solidarity, assurance, and credence. I was tasked with the rebrand and interior design of the retail space, and the aim was to humanise Al Mawarid with a human centred design approach. Emphasis was put on each brand touch point, whether it be print, digital or the physical space incorporating architecture and interior design. This enable us to deliver the message and create an engaging brand experience for the audience and stakeholders. The new logo, with its human-centred approach, brighter colours and softer logotype will allow customers to connect with the brand on an emotional, rather than a logistical level. The new visual identity was rolled out in January 2018 and is implemented across all of Al Mawarids communication, following a redesign of the nationwide retail spaces and website in next phase.
