22.01.2022 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3v2EtUmXNk Anne and ‘Maggie’ visit the Richmond Tweed Regional Library for Story time. ‘Maggie’ sniffs her way around the library shelves to find 'Mutt Dog!' by Stephen Michael King (Scholastic Press, 2009). Keep your eye out for our other Dog Teams reading in the Richmond Tweed Regional Library, Dawn & ‘Doogle’, Mary & ‘Charlie’ and Jonika & ‘Evee’. Thanks everyone for a great reading experience!

22.01.2022 "In one term, I have seen a delightful little girl go from reading like a quiet mouse to a roaring tiger (as per ‘Holly’s’ request), and a little boy who started on level 12 at the beginning of the term and reached level 25 by the end. The little boy’s teacher is amazed, but watching him with 'Holly', it is clear that he just needed a reason to sit still while he reads. Patting 'Holly' while reading was the perfect excuse." This is why we do what we do over here at Story Dogs
22.01.2022 Story Dog Quinn keeping up her reading skills and looking forward to the time she can get back to her children at school

14.01.2022 "Some years ago now, I learnt about Story Dogs in an article on the ABC and it really resonated. It brought together two things that are special to me - the optimism of dogs and the joy that they bring to life, and the gift of reading. I support Story Dogs; not only to help children learn to read in a nurturing environment, but with the hope that it instils a love of reading, which is a gift for life." Vicki Martin, Individual Sponsor (Sponsor of Harry)
