24.01.2022 Barely a month has passed since the 2020 season ended but we are back baby! SPFC will be holding Super League/ AA1 trials on Wednesday 2nd, 9th and 16th of December at Hudson Park (Strathfield) from 7pm sharp. If you are interested in coming down and joining our ambitious squad in the search for silverware in season 2021 we will see you on the 2nd!

22.01.2022 Important news for all SPFC fans! If you are wishing to attend this week’s Super League Reserve grade grand final on Sunday 11th October at 12pm between SPFC and Macquarie Dragons (Christie Park) and do not yet have tickets please reach out ! For those who cannot attend in person there is a live stream of the match available via Cluch tv! ... 3 days to go to the big game - more information to come this evening!

21.01.2022 Around the grounds Sunday edition. Our AA6’s were unfortunate to go down 3-1 in their grand final yesterday to undefeated premiers West Ryde Rovers. The lads started the match well and managed to take the lead but rovers fought back and took home the trophy. Today- the club turns its attention to our ressies, undefeated minor premiers, who battle Macquarie Dragons at Christie Park from 12pm. The side is focused and ready to put in 1 more epic performance to ensure they are ...crowned as champions for season 2020! Let’s do this boys!

19.01.2022 Around the grounds Sunday. It wasn’t our day today but the club is super proud of our Super League Reserve Grade side. The lads went down 3-1 today in the gf but were still able to celebrate the well deserved minor premiership. Keep your heads up lads, we will bring home all of biscotti next year!

13.01.2022 SPFC is super excited for the upcoming NWSF Grand Final weekend! We have two of our teams involved this weekend and our feature match this evening showcases our evergreen AA6’s. There is plenty of big game experience in the side and hopefully this will mean the lads bring it home on Saturday! Goodluck to all involved and we look forward to plenty of support on the day!

07.01.2022 Today marks the final round of the regular season and it’s a big day for our ressies who can secure top spot with a win against Putney Rangers. Come down and support the lads from 1pm at LH Waud, Meadowbank! Goodluck to all of our SPFC warriors today!

07.01.2022 Our round 12 man of the round goes to Super League veteran Will Donato Will was in formidable form on the weekend and helped himself to a clinical hat-trick in First Grade's 8-0 demolition of Epping FC. Some of the clubs younger strikers and come to mention it the older ones too, can learn plenty from Will's ability to hit the back of the net. Keep the goals coming #11!

07.01.2022 Our 'man of the round' for R11 needs no introduction. He has featured on our social channels in recent weeks due to the quality he brings on the pitch for our over 35's and has been a club stalwart for over 15 years. This week we recognise the amazing Matty Nigro for his efforts in supporting our AA6 side. Matty offered his assistance to the lads last Sunday and played a full 90 minutes despite having a match on Monday evening. Not only did he fill in and play well but also... managed to score a goal ! Thank you for being a true Clubman Matty ! You're an absolute legend!

04.01.2022 This week's man of the round is AA1 star Matthew Muratore! Last Saturday our loyal fans were treated to an incredible bicycle kick which would make Zlatan himself eat humble pie. By all reports Matt flew threw the air and scored an absolute bell-ringer to ensure the comparisons to a young Thierry Henry are clearly justified. ... Well done Matt and we look forward to more goals of this nature in the coming weeks !

03.01.2022 Our man of the round for Round 14 is once again a member of our AA1 side. Alessio Incampo has been Gigi Buffon-like in some of his performances this season and has recently stepped up into Super League due to an injury to our amazing ressies incumbent Billy. Last week our undefeated ressies had a top of the table clash against Macquarie Dragons and Alessio put in a A-grade performance keeping a clean sheet and allowing our lads to leapfrog Dragons into top spot. ... Well done Alessio and keep up the good work!

01.01.2022 Happy 30th birthday to ex Super League star and all round legend Adrian Dalzotto ! Dalz is considered club royalty after years of service both as a player and on the club’s committee, where he still volunteers his time, and had the sweetest left foot of his generation (sorry Michael Costa) We hope to see you down at a game soon mate !
