20.01.2022 This year our Year 5 Team were very creative in coming up with an alternative ‘camp’ experience for our students. Two FULL days and an early evening session kept everyone busy. Lots of good times shared with friends and some great learning opportunities about our local community and culture! Thank you to everyone who played their part- it was great having parents to come along and support us! Thank you also to Bishop Charles and St Mary’s Catholic Primary School for welcoming us on Thursday- some new friendships formed.

19.01.2022 At our recent end of year Awards Assembly we also celebrated our Children’s University graduation. Thank you to Charles Darwin University for working in partnership with us. We have had a wonderful introductory year to this program despite some COVID19 restrictions and set-backs. Thanks you to Miss Clare for all of her hard work with the students throughout the year to make sessions fun and engaging. 18.01.2022 Last Wednesday we celebrated the gifts and talents of our Year 6 students as they graduated from primary school. We thank them for everything they have contributed in making our school the welcoming and encouraging school that it is today. We wish them well in their future endeavours and know that they take a little bit of the St Paul’s spirit with them wherever they go.

18.01.2022 Today is R U OK Day. It’s the perfect day to check in on family and friends - ask the question, make a call, send a message, write an old-fashioned letter or make/ send a card to those you care about. Mental health and well-being can change just as quickly as our physical health so it’s important we are all looking out for and supporting each other. We need to remember that help is available and all problems can be fixed- sometimes we just need some extra help.

17.01.2022 Just a reminder that this Friday 11th September, our school is coming together to raise funds for Project Compassion to help provide hope for a better future. Our annual Caritas K's fundraising event raises money by cycling kilometers for compassion. We will be cycling 7km from Jingili Water Garden, along the Foreshore and then to school. You can sponsor a student or donate directly to us and your gift will make a difference using this link https://lent.caritas.org.au/myschoo...lname-2 Your donations will help us raise funds for the important work of Caritas Australia, working to end poverty and provide hope for all. Let's go further, together. Thank you for your support and generosity.

It was a team effort with work from Miss Emily (prior to Maternity Leave), Miss Hayley and all the helpers who assisted along the way and on the day. Carnivals like this take a lot of work from everyone but the reward of a great community event is certainly worth it!
