23.01.2022 Here is a link to a Playschool episode about Coronavirus. This episode is helpful in explaining to children why things are so different now. Why they cant have play dates, visit grandparents and other family, why they might not be able to go to kinder or day care, swimming or dancing lessons any more and it also shows them the importance of washing their hands and social distancing. 22.01.2022 In response to the challenge that Coronavirus (COVID-19) is presenting across the globe we have made the decision to minimise unnecessary external visitors to our service by postponing tours of our kinder until further notice. However we are still open for business and most happy to receive phone calls, emails or direct messages from anyone wanting to inquire about our kindergarten programs.

This grant will enable us to build a third classroom, increase our 4yr old program numbers and cater for the increased hours for 3yr old kinder from 2022. We are thankful to the Victorian Government for supporting us in this venture and can't wait to get started! Watch this space

08.01.2022 Educators need to be educated too Putting our STEM knowledge to the test at a recent professional development workshop all about Science, Technology, Engineering & Math in an Early Childhood Education setting.

08.01.2022 Good to know our sun protection policy has been reviewed and approved by the cancer council and our SunSmart membership is all renewed for another three years. *It is important to make sure children from about three years of age will have some experience of applying their own sunscreen as this is a skill they will need to develop before starting school. Sunscreen helps protect those parts of skin that cant be covered with clothing. Sunscreen applied in the morning will not last all day so please ensure reapplication is part of the daily routine.*
