03.01.2022 A few months ago, one of our talented Prep Honeyeater students was notified that she had come first prize in the ARC Centre of Excellence for Integrative Brain Function's 2020 Creative Art Competition. Out of 800 applicants, she was shortlisted and claimed victory! On Monday the 23rd of November we celebrated this special occasion in the classroom. A Zoom assembly was organised and our budding artist was presented with her prizes from neurosurgeon, Dr Anthony Harris. She was... presented with her certificate of achievement, an $150 Angus and Roberston Voucher and a $1000 Voucher from MTA for the school to purchase new supplies for 2021! The winning painting has been ordered on a canvas and will be displayed in our school. We are so proud of your outstanding achievement. Well done!
