20.01.2022 For those not completely sure how the camp works, Stradbroke Cup is a Patrol camping standards competition. You will be camping independently from your Leaders showing all the skills and knowledge you have learnt in you Scouting journey so far. You will have an adviser team working with you to help you to become better campers. Yes you will be scored on your skills but it is a completely open scoring system. You are entitled to see everything your advisers write down and they... will tell you exactly the things you need to work on, then try to help you with them. If you like you can even book a time to come and see me at the admin office and I can sit down with you and go over your scoring throughout the weekend. You will be given your own score sheet to keep records of how you are going over the weekend as well. Following are several things to assist patrols for the weekend. These include: A guide to creating a logbook. It will help you with the things to include and some ideas to help you plan for the camp. The Patrol Leaders letter to familiarise yourself with all the areas of the camping standards and some Eumeralla specific information. A copy of the assessment sheet for you to look at the sort of things the advisers are looking for. Please feel free to ask any questions should you have any further questions. Thanks. Straddie team.

06.01.2022 I’m sure everyone that attended last years Stradbroke up at Eumeralla witnessed the marquee that was used and what an asset it was. This year we have access to it again and even more plans for it during the course of the weekend. Here’s where we need you help.
