16.01.2022 Another great project we worked on with the team at Blu Seven Building & Design. Designed and built on a tiny block in Albert Park, Blu Seven were able to create functional indoor outdoor living spaces with a central courtyard that allows sunlight to stream into an otherwise dark site, while maintaining and enhancing the heritage details of the original cottage. Generous bedrooms with ensuites, and continuity throughout by creating space upstairs and around the garden.

09.01.2022 Commencing at the design stage at the time of purchase, the building team at Blu Seven had the challenge of not only designing a dynamic and practical family living space, but also to recreate the original heritage façade that had been completely destroyed. The whole Victorian dwelling was demolished, and the original building was then rebuilt to exact heritage values, with a modern extension to the rear creating space and light throughout, even allowing for a pool. Post build the owners then received a record breaking sales result. Thank you to the team at Blu Seven for trusting in our services and working together to get the job done!

02.01.2022 We had the pleasure of working with the BluSeven team on this heritage fronted Albert Park home. The Industrial loft style detail and exposed internal brick walls create a warm luxurious home. Allowing natural light to filter downstairs into enclosed bathroom. A second part development to the rear of the property, involved re-imagining a tired study above the courtyard into a roof top terrace, capturing northern light and offering a completely different outdoor experience.
