20.01.2022 Hi all, there will be no boxing in the park on Thursday night in Palmerston for the next 3 weeks. Straff will be guest starring at PhilFit boxing gym for the next 3 weeks. If you are still keen to train, you can attend the class as a casual, just check out their website.

20.01.2022 Boxing in the park at Palmerston is back on tonight! Please bring a towel as we won't be sharing matts and any shared equipment used will be cleaned after each class - if you have your own gloves and mitts please bring them along!

16.01.2022 Hi everyone thank you for all your great support over the years! Straff and I are excited to announce that we are welcoming another addition to our family, but that means we will be taking some time off from teaching these classes. We hope to be back teaching boxing again before the end of the year!!!

11.01.2022 Hi all, boxing in the park is back on, THURSDAYS ONLY, 6pm at Palmerston Sanctuary lake Park, kicking off TOMORROW. We will be set up near the playground. Please note: there will be no partnered boxing to ensure we maintain appropriate social distancing/hygiene so the class will initially be more bootcamp style. Please bring your own towel or matt for ground work.

06.01.2022 Boxing is CANCELLED tonight. So sorry but a burst pipe flooding our house means we can't be there tonight. Hope to see you Thursday at Phil's or back at the park on Monday!
