23.01.2022 Thanks to U3A playing card section for inviting STRAIGHTS to teach the game to their members. It was understood and played well, A good time was had by all involved.
21.01.2022 In the game of STRAIGHTS there are NO split pots, unlike Texas Holdem. If you know which hand wins, and can say why, then you are one step further in playing a STRAIGHTS tournament. The answer will be given in my comments.
