16.01.2022 Sometimes PTing clients involves cuddles so they can finish their workouts! #bedhead #fitness

15.01.2022 Teagan started training with me less than 6 months ago. Since then we’ve been working on strength and conditioning. Despite only training lifts once a week, Teagan managed a 100kg squat and 45kg bench press at her first test round! Go Teagan!

13.01.2022 Awesome news from one of my clients .... When she started training with me in July, she struggled to walk up and down hills and stairs due to chronic health issues affecting her knees. We’ve been gradually building the muscles that support her knees (amongst other things) and last week while on holiday she walked up to the Acropolis and back down! So great!

10.01.2022 Holly is the first to use our new Rogue rack!

08.01.2022 We're finally able to get our new venue to set up an awesome training space! Open in a week or two

08.01.2022 Hi everyone Last week I mentioned a new venture I've been busy with, and here it is! I'm excited to be opening a new gym with Liz Craven and Schae Zarew. We'll be ready to go in a few weeks but wanted to let you know what we're up to. I'll be moving my operations to the new location once we're up and running.... I have a few coaching and PT spots left if you'd like to train with me! For info on membership email us at [email protected]. Also to see the transformation like our page or follow us on Instagram Strength Syndicate It's going to be awesome!!!! See more

08.01.2022 Had a great time helping @lizpowerlifts coach at the Sydney Fitness Show @ausfitnessshow. Everyone smashed it! #Repost @lizcravencoaching with @get_repost Yeah the girls!!! Friday crew at the Sydney Expo! @fadraper @nish_tagram and @squeaky_wheel77 all pulled off PBs on the big stage and some amazing lifting was seen. ... @angelpowerlift was an amazing co-coach (can I say this word or does it sound like I have a stutter? Anyway she was great) Well done ladies, you made me very proud. #girlswhopowerlift #lcc #yeahyouknowme #squatbenchdead

06.01.2022 Jenny also started training with me a few months ago to get fitter and stronger. She’s never lifted before but managed an awesome 70kg deadlift and 38.5kg bench press. Woo hoo!

03.01.2022 I've been very slack at posting. No real excuse. I have however been preoccupied with competing at the World Championships and Masters Nationals. I've also been working hard on a new venture with @lizpowerlifts and @beyonschae which will be up and running in the next few weeks. Watch this space! More info coming soon!

03.01.2022 It's done! We're opening tomorrow! After months of planning and 2 weeks of hard work and loooong days, Liz Craven, Schae Zarew and I are finally ready to go. Thank you to everyone that helped and to my partners in crime for making it all happen. Come and train with us!

02.01.2022 Inverted rows are a great exercise for your upper back as well as your arms and core. They can help your posture and are a good counter to all the pushing exercises many of us do (eg bench press, push-ups). I prefer to use rings/handles but you can also use a bar. Hold your handles or bar and, with your body nice and straight, lean back on an angle that suits (move your feet as required).... Squeeze your shoulders back and (still with your body straight) pull your chest up towards the handles/bar, then SLOWLY lower back down without relaxing at the bottom. You should feel the rows in your back more than your arms. Be careful not to lift or sag your hips or to let your shoulders move forward. See more

01.01.2022 Last day of early bird prices!
