19.01.2022 Today the ALP has released its detailed response to the Royal Commission recommendations. Importantly for insurance brokers, the ALP has accepted the suggestion that general insurance commissions should form part of the inquiry into financial advice in three years’ time, and that there should be no change to insurance broker commissions until then. At Strata Fair we look forward to the change, since we already operate commission free and on a flat fee basis, we believe it's far more transparent and honest
