22.01.2022 Whilst we may have had some issues with Strata Plan initially I must now state that our experience over the past two years has been has been excellent. We find Strata Plan to be very professional in their approach & they are responsive to any matters that have arisen. Much depends on the quality of the manager appointed to look after our property & in this respect we have been extremely fortunate with the appointments of Janelle & Tatiana Recent action taken by Strata Plan to concerning their mode of operation has also resulted in an improvement in the services that they provide.
