Penalty Infringement Notices (PINS) were issued to offenders for failing to comply with the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004. Offences include: Carrying out gas work relating to a gas device (type A) without being the holder of a gas work licence Directing a worker to carry out gas work whilst not being the holder of a gas work licence.
