20.01.2022 Welcome to 2021. Let's hope it is an improvement on 2020, although the signs are not too encouraging. However, optimism is the best frame of mind to be in, as it enables us to catch any opportunity that might fleetingly pass before us. Happy new year, and remember those resolutions you made, break them down into small, 'doable' chunks that change behaviour, or you will just get more of the same.



12.01.2022 'Innovation' is defined by the creation of new value. 'New value' is a tough benchmark to apply, but entirely appropriate if we are to be honest with ourselves, and others. Distraction is the enemy of tough work, and hard to remove.
