13.01.2022 ***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*** Effective from 12.01am December 1st ALL PEOPLE (including patients, family members and staff) are required to wear single use surgical masks when on healthcare sites including pharmacies (cloth masks are not sufficient for healthcare settings). There are exceptions to mask wearing, such as certain breathing difficulties, mental health conditions, deaf or hard of hearing and children under the age of 12. ... Pharmacies are also now required to have a COVID Safe Check-In System. A QR code will be visible upon entering the store, which you can scan using your mySA GOV app. Alternatively there will be paper copy contact tracing forms which will need to be completed upon entering the store.
