The new Diploma of Information Technology ICT50120 has now been approved for delivery. We have also been approved to deliver the Advanced Diploma of Information Technology ICT60120. This course replaces the Advanced Diploma of Information Technology Project Management ICT60415.... 04.01.2022 As reported in the media, there has been an outbreak of a novel coronavirus (nCoV) earlier this month in Wuhan City, Hubei Province of China. This has now spread to outside of China, with 5 confirmed cases in Australia so far. Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). Common signs of infection in...clude respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death. Standard recommendations to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, thoroughly cooking meat and eggs. Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing. If you have travelled to Wuhan City in the past 14 days and have a fever and respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat or shortness of breath), please see a doctor before coming to class.
