16.01.2022 The Strathy General Store is to stay open! As I advised earlier, I am unable to stay in Strathmerton past the end of January so I am very pleased to advise that tenants have been found to keep the store operating. And the faces will be familiar! Steve and Diane, formerly of Caltex next door, are returning on January 28th to run your General Store. It is great to be able to pass the business to such experienced operators, and to ensure that the business lives on. There wi...ll be a few specials this week before I go. Thank you again for the warm Strathy welcome. It is time for me to return to the Katamatite Post Office once more. (The mug & photo printing will move to my post office.)
