Since the COVID outbreak, Mcdonald_australia have been providing their plastic straws in a plastic wrapper ... McDonald's gave the following assurances to DIE ZEIT: " McDonald’s Australia remains committed to the removal of all plastic cutlery from its restaurants. The proposed changeover from plastic to bamboo cutlery at all Australian restaurants will now be completed in the first Quarter of 2021, following recent COVID-related shipping and port delays.
