18.01.2022 Well that’s a wrap! 2020 you’ve been a year. We can not thank our clients enough for their ongoing support this year it means so much to us we hope you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year but most of all I want to thank my team....we did it we survived 2020 the strangest year I hope we ever have to deal with as stylists. Thankyou girls for everything you do for me and the salon, I couldn’t have survived this year without you I appreciate you all so much and hope you enjoy your well earned break. We are a very busy little salon and thankful for each and every one of you who support small business. . We try our very hardest to manage our appointments and accomodate our clients so that everything runs smoothly and time at the salon is relaxing and enjoyable. ... . As a small business, late cancellations and no shows have a huge impact. Unfortunately we are not able to fill these appointments at short notice. We have had to implement this policy as of 2019 to try and make up for the lost time and money. . Cancellations without 24 hours notice and no show appointments will incur a 50% surcharge payable prior to booking any further appointments at the salon. .
