25.01.2022 We spent our Saturday painting and putting a Suntuff Difused Ice Polycarbonate roof on the pergola we have been building this week for our clients in Trott Park - we will be back tomorrow to finish it before the rain settles in again early week Such a transformation already in this backyard, with B.T Landscaping & Retaining Walls having done the earth works and new retaining walls, and new paving going in early week, all ready for a few in summer! 23.01.2022 We are enjoying the today whilst we put the finishing touches on this clients new gable pergola & then we are onto starting the new merbau deck underneath! Have a look at the before photo to see what a difference this project has already made to this clients entertainment area!

23.01.2022 We haven’t posted anything in a while so stay tuned for a few posts to show you guys what we have been up to! Firstly, we had the absolute privilege of taking down a really old deck and re building the whole thing for our clients in Huntfield heights. The project consisted of demolition of the old structure, removal of all materials from site, complete construction of a whole new second story hardwood deck & reverse skillion verandah. With a double sided ColorBond roof & st...ainless steel wire balustrading & Merbau cladding on the deck, this area has been transformed and updated into the perfect entertainment area - with a view to amaze (we must admit we are a little bit jealous!) 21.01.2022 We got wet, muddy, but got done what we had to do in between the Posts are all in for this clients new merbau privacy screen, with the cladding going on tomorrow!

Our client was extremely happy with her new merbau hardwood screen to give her a little more privacy when it comes to relaxing out the back. we just need to go back and oil it once this stops! It will go perfect with her new skillion verandah which we have just put in council ... 20.01.2022 Out with the old half built and in with the new! The previous owner of this house put up an ugly steel structure and never finished it so we removed it and built a much more practical and modern reverse skillion verandah. Along with a box gutter and new gutter guard. We also removed the tired, old and rotting decking and re clad it with beautiful 140mm merbau decking to really finish off the whole area.

20.01.2022 We spent a few hours this morning giving this deck a bit of love! A sand to take the top off, few repairs and a new coat of oil had her come up a treat! 19.01.2022 We know we haven’t posted anything in a while, but it doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy! Some progress shots on a retaining wall we are building in Aberfoyle Park! Adbri Ebony Designer Blocks, sitting on a perfectly level concrete plynth. From here we will lay the rest of the blocks to the top of the old wall behind it and core fill the new wall to the top with concrete & reinforced steel rods, backfill and cap it off to finish! Safe to say this wall will outlive most of us! Plus is a much nicer visual finish than the standard concrete sleeper and I beam retaining walls. Can’t wait to see the finished result - stay tuned! 19.01.2022 We were at it again today and must say we were pretty stoked to have some (brief) and no Took some time to get through the well compacted clay but we got posts and plynths in for this clients new neighbour friendly ColorBond fence with the plynths to be levelled tomorrow and sheets and capping to go on! Genuine Australian Bluescope steel used on all our jobs to ensure the best longevity for our harsh climate. Some of the amazing features include: ... full length structural steel columns with stainless steel balustrade wires between. Beautiful 140x19mm merbau decking, oiled with haymes dexpress natural oil. Laminated 140x45 merbau stair treads. Removing an existing window and installing a sliding door to allow access from inside the house. Finished off on top with double sided colorbond roofing and sun tuff skylights. What an amazing transformation to our clients back yard which had no entertaining area to start with. 10.01.2022 Finished this clients ColorBond Paperbark post and rail fence today, 30.0m long x 1.8m high. Genuine Australian ColorBond steel used, this fella should last a bit longer than the old timber one!

08.01.2022 Final coat of oil on the deck and some painting this morning, now our Christie’s Beach project is complete!

07.01.2022 Here is the finished result of our recently completed gable pergola in Woodcroft! We removed an existing steel flat verandah and replaced it with this stunning 10.0m x 6.0m structure, really transforming this clients outdoor entertainment area. Finished in classic cream to match the existing colour scheme and double sided gable infills, we must say we are pretty proud of how it has turned out! ... We have repaired and restored the existing fascia to look like new, and installed a box gutter to account for all the extra water flow off of the new pergola. We only use 100% Australian Geniune ColorBond steel on all our projects to ensure our structures stay looking newer for longer. 04.01.2022 Huge 15m x 4.2m pergola/ carport for our awesome clients David and Maxine in Mclaren Vale and for something different, an outdoor bathroom. With a shower made from an old gate from France! The pergola had to be high enough to fit David’s landcruiser and caravan in and to keep them safe from the weather. I’ll let the photos do the talking

03.01.2022 Wall goals Perfectly level Some progress on the Aberfoyle Park wall we are currently building, all the rio is in place and we started core filling the wall with concrete today and then back into laying tomorrow

03.01.2022 Did you know when it comes to building our pergolas, we don’t just supply some timber and slap it together, we take care of the whole process from council application, removal of any existing structure, & any repair or maintenance that needs to be done prior to installing your new entertainment area, ready for use. This client in Woodcroft had an existing flat verandah that they wanted removed and a new timber pergola installed. First, the lower level of solar panels needed ...to be removed in order to install the new rafter brackets, we work closely with a qualified electrican & can take care of any electrical needs if required. Upon removing the structure it became evident that the existing fascia was in extremely poor condition due to the installation of the previous structure. We got every bit of silicone off, filled any holes, sanded, grinded & etched primed the fascia & new rafter brackets, ready for a new coat of paint. We are also removing the gutters and installing a box gutter - a must when adding extra water flow from a larger structure. This will ensure that when the new pergola is finished, everything that the eye can see will look new to match. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and going the extra mile to cover all bases when it comes to our projects. Stay tuned for the finished product over the coming days! See more

02.01.2022 We’ve had a busy few weeks working hard on a beautiful property in pages flat. What started out as just an extension of a porch with a deck, ended up as a complete refurbishment of the existing pergola and re-clad of the existing deck, which flowed through the porch extension to tie it all together. What a difference it has made! We are pleased to say the client is very happy with the end result giving the entertainment area a new lease on life I’ll let the photos speak fo...r themselves!
