14.01.2022 Great day! Our first day of Football! So many people today were smiling because they were out in the fresh air and sunshine. After some of the games the kids were exhausted but so happy. It was lovely to see. Everyone felt great to be back on the park! We worked really hard with a lot of hours of Admin on the computer, getting people registered, into teams, communicating with coaches and managers, getting gear sorted out, making sure people had shorts and socks and so so much more. The big theme always is to be paperless and this means that we can be more mobile. One of my clients Roselea Football Club is very busy right now as the season is starting in one week. Yahoo! Its very exciting that restrictions are easing and community football can go ahead. But with the busyness comes lots of work for me! And one of the things I find is whenever I am... out at the ovals people will stop me and ask me questions about their registrations or the online shop or a multitude of other things. They all know me! And they know I can help! So I have my iPad with me so I can give them the information they need. If this club was still in the old school ways of using paper then these things could not happen. You would have to say to someone Ill just have to go back to the office and check that for you. That would then cause you more work, make that person wait, and generally make things less efficient. With a mobile device and no paper we can do things immediately and everyone is happy. My question to you is are you mobile? Or are you stuck in your office with lots of paper? Can we HELP?
