22.01.2022 With regards to the ever developing situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus we are ensuring our customers health and safety is our top priority. With this in mind if you or your child have any cold of flu symptoms, please do not attend swimming lessons. Mark your child absent on your customer portal to allocate make up lessons to your profile. (all makeup lessons remain active on your portal for up to 90 days) We are all being careful to help protect our families and staff. ... Our facility and pool itself poses no threat to your family and we remain ever vigilant regarding the health and quality of our water. At this point we will remain open for business as usual and continue to be advised by the DHHS. We look forward to seeing you all at lessons this week.

22.01.2022 We are a step closer to re-opening! Subject to government regulations we are aiming to return to lessons from Monday July 20th! All lessons that were unable to be conducted due to our covid shutdown will be credited to all returning customers accounts in August.... We have been very busy working on the swim class time table ready to see you all back swimming with us We have some vacancies for some new fish to join our swim family . These sessions are a fantastic way to make sure that you child is placed into the correct class and level to either start or continue their swimming journey. 12.01.2022 It is with much regret that we inform you to temporarily suspend all swimming lessons as of Friday the 20th March 2020. THIS AFTERNOONS LESSONS (march 19th) ARE STILL GOING AHEAD AS PLANNED. Firstly please know that our swim school has and would have continued to adopt strict and extensive cleaning policies and social distancing requirements to keep your children safe while attending lessons.... The current advice from the Australian government is that swim schools should remain open for business. Unfortunately our landlords have denied our request to be excluded from "school extra curricular activities" which means we have no choice but to close temporarily. Any remaining lessons that are scheduled for March will be credited from your next invoice hopefully in the not too distant future. At this stage we have not been given any time line for closure but we will certainly keep you informed of where we are at and as soon as we know when we can return we will let you know. 10.01.2022 We have 4 spaces left in our Saturday 11:30am infant class for mums/dads and bubs under 12 months of age. Lessons are free while bub is between 4 and 6 months. Or if bub is already 6 months old first lesson is free so you can come and check us out before deciding if we are the right fit for your family. send us a message if you would like to book one of the spaces for this coming Saturday the 8th June.

02.01.2022 Dear valued customer, We certainly understand our families desire to protect themselves and loved ones during this time of uncertainty. With the current situation surrounding the COVID 19 virus unfolding and developing constantly we are remaining diligent in protecting our families and staff through the following practices. - Increased cleaning and disinfecting in all areas at the beginning and end of every shift... - Automatic dosing system and Pool water manually checked at the beginning of every shift. - Streamline team are all in good health - Our generous makeup lesson policy remains in place - Remaining informed of and following Tasmanian and Australian government and WHO guidelines We are an incredibly low risk area when combining diligent cleaning practices with the inhospitable environment to germs due to our properly chlorinated/treated pool water and increased cleaning schedule. We are also low risk due to the smaller number of clients we have sharing our space weekly. We will of course be working closely with the relevant bodies and should the need arise we will take further steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. At this point we are operating as normal and would encourage all families to attend lessons while observing the following extra precautions - Ensure you and your child are in good health, if in doubt stay home and mark and absence on your portal - Minimise your time spent at the facility before and after your lesson - Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you need to cough or sneeze - Do not attend lessons if you have travelled internationally or come in contact with anyone who has the coronavirus with in the last 14 days - Wash hands and wrists with the provided antibacterial soap for 20 seconds upon entering and leaving the facility - Ensure you are following our lesson terms and conditions by showering before you enter the pool (less contaminate entering the pool on bodies maximises the effects of properly chlorinated water) - Limiting observing adults to 1 attending adult per lesson These are temporary measures, reviewed on an ongoing basis, we will keep you up to date and informed as information progresses.
