Jon served in the Israel Defense Forces’ Givati Infantry Brigade, 424th Infantry Battalion; initially as a light machine gunner, then later as a sniper. 11.01.2022 If you have a bad attitude and your ego is overinflated, then it’s time to stop and rethink your mindset. No matter how many ranks you have, how many competitive fights you’ve had, or how many trophies or certificates you’ve got displayed at home or in your office, that all counts for absolutely nothing if you have a bad attitude, or your ego tells you that your some tough guy. Some POS that wants to fuck your day up doesn’t care about your ranks and certifications. If you under estimate your attacker, then they can easily cause you to bleed out It’s one thing to have a positive mindset, be confident in your skills and knowledge, and be a hard target, but always remain humble and leave the ego locked at home because Ego = Stupid, and Stupid can get you dead

01.01.2022 Please read this article as you'll learn a very valuable lesson from it. Some of you may not know who Anthony Smith is however; after reading this you'll have s good idea who he is and his skill sets and experience. This article also highlights a common misconception in that so many people think sports based training is actually preparing for the Real World. The reality is that it is NOT. ... The Real World doesn't include a padded cage, five minute rounds, referees, rules, judges, medical staff etc etc! The Real World is some POS that wants to harm you and your loved ones, and they will do whatever it takes to achieve their goal. They don't give a stuff who you are, what you've done, who you know, how may trophies you have, or anything like that. To them, you are nothing more then a target. Therefore, unless your training consists of methodologies to survive in the Real World, and you are preparing physically, mentally, and tactically to survive, before, during and after the attack, then you are simply just going through the actions to win your next competition. The REAL competition you should be preparing for is against that POS that wants to fuck you up, take what you've worked hard for, violate your loved ones and either kill you, or leave you physical and emotionally broken.
